Charges & fees
Give as you Live and associated products (including Everyclick Search, and Everyclick Donate) are provided by Give as you Live Ltd, a private company registered in England & Wales (company number 5181419). Our registered address is Give as you Live Ltd, Basepoint Business Centre, Crab Apple Way, Vale Business Park, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 1GP.
Charities are listed on our services for free. There are no setup or monthly fees.
A charity must have registered status in order to be listed. We are able to accept charities registered with the charity commissions for England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man. In addition, we can accept organisations registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) or Community Interest Company (CIC), and any organisation recognised by HMRC as eligble for Gift Aid.
As part of the setup process, charities must provide bank details in order to receive payment. These bank details are then subject to our verification process which must be passed before a payment is made. We do not accept private bank accounts.
Below are the fees that we charge for the various products and services we offer.
Payments are subject to a minimum amount of £4.76 (this is equal to a £5 donation, without Gift Aid and less fees). In the event where payments are held, either due to the mininum amount not being met or to valid bank details not being provided, then any interest accumulated is not added to payment amount.
Credit and debit card donations are taken by our payment provider, The Online Foundation (not-for-profit company, company number 06911507), and are therefore never held by Give as you Live Ltd.
We do not currently offer an option for donors to cover fees.

Should you have any complaint regarding any part of our service, including payment of your donation, disbursement to the charity, Gift Aid, your account and use of your personal data, then you should contact us. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint, or you are unhappy with our offered resolution, then you have the right to complain to the Fundraising Regulator (regarding donations) or the Information Commissioner's Office (regarding information rights and privacy).

Once contacted, we may make effort to achieve a refund however we cannot guarantee this and cannot be held liable for any bank fees you may be charged as a result of the donation(s).
